The streets in gray on the map on the south end of Estero Island - Bay Beach Lane, Island Pines Way, Gloria Circle, Buccaneer and Lagoon Lane - are also not included in the Town's taxing district. These areas chose not to join in the incorporation of the Town when that occurred in 1995.
