Today, May 8, 2025, the Town of Fort Myers Beach transitioned to our new Short-Term Rental Software, Rentalscape! This software will allow the Town to easily keep track of our current and new rentals on the Island.
Per Ordinance 34-2394, it is required that all rentals on Fort Myers Beach are registered with the Town! If are not yet registered, please do so on the RentalScape Customer Portal.
