Today, November 15, 2024, the Town of Fort Myers Beach Attorney received an email from the Seagate Attorney asking to remove Item B under XIV Public Hearings Ordinance 24-34; DA20240170, Seagate/Home Rule Development Agreement from the Monday, November 18, 2024, Town Council Agenda. Accordingly, a request will be made to continue the second reading to December 16, 2024, at 9:00am.
In addition, Seagate has requested to have an additional public hearing on December 2, 2024, at 9:00am.
