Pickle Ball

Pickle Ball is held Monday-Friday at 10:30 am -1:30 pm.  Fee: $6 Non-Member  $2 Member 

Fitness Room

The fitness room features a Smith machine, numerous individual strength machines and a variety of free weight dumbbells and weight bars. The fitness room is topped off with a 50” TV. 
The separate Cardio Room features 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 stationary bike and a stair stepper. The room also has a 50" TV. 
In addition to the fitness rooms, members can participate in drop-in basketball, drop-in volleyball, drop-in pickle ball, senior softball, and bocce ball. Members also receive a discounted rate on our many different fitness classes offered throughout the week.

Spin Cycle

Starting November 6th 2017

Get an excellent cardio and leg strengthening workout in just 45 minutes! Modifiable for beginners to advanced Spinners. Bikes are provided, just bring a sweat towel, water and a good attitude! Each class is limited to 12 riders. First come first serve.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 am

A Workout and a Dance Party in one!

Dance is healing, it helps improve physical, emotional and mental well-being. Choreographies help to improve balance, range of motion and coordination. All ages are welcome to participate in this Party where the goal is to have everyone smile and dance.

When: Monday’s at 5:00 pm, Fridays at 9:00 am                           Saturdays at 10:30 am

Fee: $8 Member / $10 Non-Member

Morning Yoga

  All level Vinyasa style flow yoga. Connect your breath with movement in this fun, easy going class. This class is taught at a basic level with the option to challenge yourself. Mats are provided if needed.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am.

Fee:  $12/Member. $14/Non-Member.

Yoga Flow (Evening) 

This class is designed for beginners to advanced yogis and all those in between.

This Vinyasa style class will work on increasing flexibility and joint range of motion through breath and movement.

When: Tuesday's at 7:00 pm

SHIFT Step Mix

SHIFT your metabolism to fat burning mode! Set to upbeat tunes, this cross-training class shifts from stepping to weighted muscle work, then concentrated core conditioning and stretching.Taught by SHIFT founder, teacher and exercise specialist, Barb McDermott.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 am 

Fee: $10 Member / $12 Non-Member 

Body Sculpt

A great full body workout set to music that incorporates both bodyweight movements and light dumbbells to improve strength and fitness. Exercises are modifiable so participants can work at the level best suited to them. Whether you are new to strength training, or looking to increase the intensity for a good burn, there is something for everyone.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am.

Fee: Single Class- $8/Member. $10/Non-Member.

 10 Class Punch Card- $80/Member. $100/Non-Member.


In this fun,  Low-impact class, there will be steps and light weights used. The instructor will be sure to offer modifications to all of the moves so that they are suitable for all types and abilities. All set to upbeat Old-timey tunes, this class will be sure to get you smiling as you sweat!
